THE CHEF’S COUNTER AT HOP ALLEY
THURSDAY - SATURDAY
Our Chef’s Counter brings a completely new experience to Hop Alley. The menu is singular to the six seats and is not available in the main dining room.
Currently, the experience is run by Chef Doug Rankin, formerly of Bar Chelou in Pasadena, CA. “Petit Chelou” is a residency featuring Chef Doug’s award winning, creative and exacting neo-bistro cuisine influenced by his time as a chef for José Andres, Ludo Lefebvre and as chef/owner of Bar Chelou.
The Chef’s Counter is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday beginning at 5p. Reservations are available 21 days in advance. We can accommodate certain dietary restrictions and allergies, please contact us at least 14 days in advance.
Hop Alley’s daily menu is not available at The Chef’s Counter.
